• User Input Data: Product name, manufacturer, model number, category, purchase date, warranty expiration date, purchase price, store name, memo, etc.
• Image Data: Images of warranty documents and receipts captured via camera
• Notification Settings: Notification timing settings
• Repair History: Repair and maintenance records for each product
• Device Information: Minimum information required for app operation (OS version, app version, etc.)

Purpose of Use

• Digital management of warranty documents and receipts
• Provision of warranty expiration notification functionality
• Provision of product information organization and search functionality
• Provision and improvement of app functionality

2. Data Storage and Management

Information collected by the Application is stored and managed as follows.

Storage Location

All data is stored locally on the device (AsyncStorage). Currently, no data is transmitted to cloud servers or external databases.

Retention Period

Data is retained while the Application is installed on the device.

Data Deletion

When you uninstall the Application, all data associated with the Application is deleted from the device.

3. Third-Party Access

Currently, we do not share personal data with third parties.

Since the Application does not currently transmit data to external servers, there is no risk of personal data being shared with third parties.

4. External Services (Future Possibilities)

The Application is considering the following external services for future implementation. If any of these services are implemented, this Privacy Policy will be updated.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

• Purpose: Usage analytics, app stability improvement, reference for feature development

Currently, all Application data is stored locally on the device, so it can be viewed directly within the Application. If we implement functionality to transmit data to external servers, data access requests will be accepted through the contact information below.

Data Deletion Requests

When you uninstall the Application, all data is deleted. We may implement a method to delete data without uninstalling the Application in the future.

Ad Opt-Out

If we implement ads in the future, we will describe the opt-out method in this Privacy Policy.

6. Security

The Application employs physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of user information. However, since no data is transmitted over the internet, the risk of unauthorized external access is low.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 13, we will delete it immediately.
